For Hong Kong shops

Nobody should be
a walk-in twice

Loop CheckOut sends an itemised digital receipt to your customer’s phone the moment they pay and turns that sale into a customer you can recognise the next time they walk in.

No paper, no printer

Cut the recurring cost of thermal rolls and the printer that jams at the worst possible moment. Nothing to reorder and nothing to reprint.

Works with what you have

Ring the sale up in the merchant app, or keep your current POS and forward its receipt email. No new hardware, no installer visit, no setup fee.

*Integrations with POS are coming soon!

They come back

Stamp cards and points live in the same app as the receipt, so your regulars have a reason to return to you rather than the shop next door.

The whole counter in one app: POS, receipts, loyalty

Runs on an iPad you already own. No setup fee.

  • Catalog on the left, running bill on the right — photos, categories, search and custom-amount lines.
  • Options that price themselves — sugar, ice, size; each choice folds its price delta into the line.
  • Item barcodes — scan to add to the cart, or generate and print a label for stock that never had one.
  • Discounts and a service charge — percentage or amount, a charge you set once and can waive per table, and items you can mark exempt.
  • Cash and change — a change calculator at the payment step, alongside Octopus, FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay and cards.
  • Voids that stay honest — recorded with a reason and who did it, never deleted. The receipt itself is immutable.
  • It keeps selling offline — sales are saved on the device and sync, receipts included, when you are back.
The Loop CheckOut sell screen on an iPad, catalog on the left and the running bill on the right.

The receipt hands itself over

Take the payment and Loop puts the receipt on screen as a code. The customer scans it and it is theirs; itemised, with your shop’s name on it, before they have picked up their bag.

  • Loop CheckOut users get it straight into their receipt history
  • Everyone else opens a guest receipt from the link, with nothing to install
  • Guest receipts are on every plan, including the free one
  • No email address to type out, no paper to hand across
  • And it is still legible in a year, which thermal paper is not — and that is your problem when they come back for a refund

Add the optional customer-facing display and the code appears on their side of the counter instead.

The receipt on the customer’s phone: every line item, the service charge, how they paid, the points earned and the paper not printed.

Run the shop from the same app

Selling is one tab. What you stock, who keeps coming back and what the day actually took sit behind Tools.

  • Customers — everyone who has bought from you, with visit count and lifetime total, a pinned Walk-ins bucket, and a tap through to that person’s own receipts
  • Catalog & Stock — items, options, cost price with a live margin, and stock that decrements on sale and returns on void
  • Loyalty & Memberships — stamp cards, points, tiers and bonus multipliers
  • Transactions — searchable by item, amount, order number or customer; filterable by date, amount, payment method or source
  • Day Summary — gross, count, average, discounts, voids and the split by payment method, for any date

Inventory starts on Growth. Membership points, customer profiles and Day Summary start on Pro.

What the paper is costing you

Two of these are worth working out before you decide. Both run on your figures, not on a claim about your shop.

Put your own numbers in, the total follows as you type.

From a stranger to a regular

A guest receipt on the merchant iPad: every line item, the service charge and total, with a scannable code for the customer to take it away. The same receipt on the customer’s phone, itemised, with the shop’s name and order number on it. The customer’s receipt list, the shop’s receipts sitting among months of searchable history. A loyalty stamp card in the customer’s app, filling automatically, with a reward ready to claim. A membership screen showing the customer’s points balance, what it converts to and when it expires.

The sale

A full table, and a total stranger

Cash, and no idea who they are. They get a guest receipt; itemised, with your name on it, nothing to install. On your side the sale is recorded against nobody at all.

On their phone

The receipt outlives the counter

Every receipt you issue them lands like this: itemised, and still legible in a year, which is more than the paper one manages. That is the first reason they have to keep it.

It joins a history

One purchase becomes a pattern

When they sign up with the email the guest receipt went to, every receipt you have already issued them is claimed automatically. Their history with you starts before they did.

The stamp card

A reason to come back that fills itself

Stamps are assigned on every sale; nothing for a cashier to remember, no card to leave in another jacket. It tells them when the reward is ready.

The points

And a balance only you can honour

Points earn per dollar, with bonus multipliers you set on a whole category or one specific item, and expire on a rolling window so a balance stays live.

Membership points start on Pro.

The offers

And a reason to come back sooner

An offer sits in the same app as their receipts and their stamp card. They claim it, show the code at the counter, and it folds into the bill; the discount comes off on the spot and the redemption is recorded against them.

Offers start on Growth.
